Services provided: BIM implementation
In this project, with an approximate gross floor area of 160,000 square meters located on Kish Island, the required needs assessment was carried out based on the EIR received from the client. Following this, BIM applications were implemented upon finalization and approval of the drawings. Furthermore, BIM modeling and the delivery of different BIM dimensions are currently being executed.
The three-dimensional modeling of the drawings was carried out using Revit software, including:
- Accurate 3D modeling across all disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP – Mechanical and Electrical)
- Interdisciplinary coordination and integrated information management
- Identification and resolution of potential clashes (Clash Detection) prior to the execution phase
- Production of intelligent construction drawings and documentation
- Support for the construction phase and provision of digital data for smart facility management during operation
