Located in the city center of Shiraz, this project takes shape within an urban fabric marked by aging structures. At the client’s request, BIM implementation was integrated from the outset—an approach rarely adopted in nearby new constructions. Moreover, a distinctive façade design was developed to stand out from the surrounding buildings. With an innovative methodology, all phases—from design to execution and project management—are being advanced on the basis of Building Information Modeling (BIM). Currently in the design and modeling stage, this project exemplifies the intelligent integration of architectural and engineering design with advanced digital tools.
